Customer Service - We waited in line to check in (which is no problem) but it did seem odd that there was only 1 of 3 “windows” open with 5 people standing around behind the desk. Tried taking the sheet off and replacing it with the blanket in the armoire but it was clearly not clean (hair 🤢). Thought perhaps it was an anomaly, but our friends were commenting on it the next morning as well. Then we went to bed…I’m not sure what the sheets were made out of but they were so itchy and noisy that it sounded and felt like we were sleeping in newspapers. Rest of the bed looked fine, so didn’t think any more about it. Housekeeping - immediately removed the stained bed spread upon arrival. Hotels are facing tough times due to COVID restrictions, but what we encountered had nothing to do with those limitations.
